• Du leitest und optimierst das gruppenweite Talentprogramm für Schlüsselrollen und High Potentials mit Fokus auf Wirkung, Sichtbarkeit und strategische Relevanz
• Du begleitest Senior Talente individuell durch Mentoring und Beratung und leistest einen gezielten Beitrag für ihren möglichen nächsten Karriereschritt
• Du gestaltest die gruppenweite Group Succession Planning mit und arbeitest eng mit dem Top Management an der Entwicklung von Nachfolgekandidaten
• Du identifizierst Entwicklungspotenziale und leitest gemeinsam mit den Divisionen passende Maßnahmen ab
• Du arbeitest eng mit HR Business Partnern und Führungskräften zusammen, um Talentstrategien zu verankern und interne Mobilität zu fördern
• Du förderst eine Kultur der Talententwicklung und des internen Wachstums über Divisionen hinweg

• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Talent Management oder in der Führungskräfteentwicklung auf Senior Stufe mit idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
• Du bist erfahren in der Leitung und Moderation von gruppenweiten Programmen und erkennst ökonomische Zusammenhänge
• Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern und bewegst dich sicher auf Executive / Senior-Level
• Du denkst strategisch, arbeitest strukturiert und setzt pragmatisch um
• Du kommunizierst klar und wirkungsvoll auf Deutsch und Englisch
• Du bringst ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Vertraulichkeit und Gestaltungswille mit
