• Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
• Coordinate with cross‑functional leaders to develop solutions for complex Public Sector challenges
• Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
• Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend effective workflow changes
• Champion and embed the company's cultural principles as the organization scales

• 5+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
• Enterprise SaaS experience and Government executive engagement preferred
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year institution

• Strong bias for action and the ability to think big with high standards
• Experience serving and supporting large‑scale solutions for Public Sector organizations
• Thrives in an unstructured, fast‑paced, and change‑heavy environment
