Join Actalent as a Pre-Construction Manager overseeing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States.

• Manage the entire construction process, from design through implementation and operation.
• Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
• Coordinate site development and project coordination efforts.
• Communicate project requirements to diverse audiences.
• Review and manage contracts and RFIs.
• Ensure all projects meet design and operational specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in at least two construction industry disciplines such as General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, or Commercial Development.
• Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar).
• Experience in facilities management or similar roles.
• Success in program management of concurrent projects.

This fully remote position requires 20% travel. Benefits include 10 days of paid time off, 7 holidays, and sick time per state law. No tenure limit for benefits.

Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay range: $68.00 - $68.00/hr eligibility requirements apply.
