Pre-Construction Manager - Actalent
Join Actalent as a Pre-Construction Manager overseeing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire construction process, from design through implementation and operation.
- Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
- Coordinate site development and project coordination efforts.
- Communicate project requirements to diverse audiences.
- Review and manage contracts and RFIs.
- Ensure all projects meet design and operational specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in at least two construction industry disciplines such as General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, or Commercial Development.
- Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar).
- Experience in facilities management or similar roles.
- Success in program management of concurrent projects.
This fully remote position requires 20% travel. Benefits include 10 days of paid time off, 7 holidays, and sick time per state law. No tenure limit for benefits.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $68.00 - $68.00/hr eligibility requirements apply.
