Project Manager - Signage
Remote with regular travel to Brackley/Manchester-based office
£40K - £45K Commission & Car Allowance
We're working with a well‑established and growing signage business that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of large‑scale signage projects from initial brief through to final sign‑off. Reporting directly into a senior operational leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and completion of multiple signage projects.
Role- Defining client requirements, project scope and objectives
- Supporting clients with technical specifications and solutions
- Planning, implementing and managing detailed project timelines
- Creating and maintaining full project plans and task schedules
- Attending site meetings and carrying out site surveys as required
- Raising accurate additional works and snagging requests
- Responding to quotation and variation requests
- Coordinating internal teams and liaising across multiple departments
- Managing snagging, extras, and evolving client requirements
- Overseeing project sign‑off and compiling documentation for invoicing
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and equipment care
- Attending and presenting at both client‑facing and internal meetings
- Maintaining flexibility and supporting wider business needs when required
This role would suit a Project Manager with a signage background, ideally within architectural projects.
- Proven project management experience within the signage industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A professional, positive and customer‑focused approach
- Confidence working with both internal teams and external clients
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong negotiation, listening and presentation skills
- Solid IT skills:
Adobe Illustrator experience is a bonus - Ability to read and interpret building and technical drawings
The salary for this role is up to £45K and is dependent on experience. Plus, benefits including commission, car allowance, remote working, excellent private pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance and much more. This is a full‑time position.
