• Playing a vital part in shaping client success, driving team performance
• Leading the delivery of a premium service and high-quality outcomes to our SME clients
• Managing job profitability and efficient delivery with agreed budgets
• Taking responsibility of a portfolio of clients, overseeing project timelines, billing, and client care
• Develop strong, trusted relationships and act as a primary point of contact
• Working with clients to deliver practical solutions to issues they face
• Training and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback, with opportunities to line manage

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 3 years+rsquo; post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
