We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client projects from start to finish. This is a remote position, so the candidate must be self‑motivated and able to work independently.

• Manage and coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work in collaboration with the client and internal team
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the client's expectations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to the client and internal team
• Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the client's requirements
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Continuously look for ways to improve project processes and increase efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience managing remote teams is a plus

This is a full-time or part-time remote position. The candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be available to work during standard business hours. Compensation will be based on experience.
