Job Title: Commercial Doors Project Manager
Location: Multiple Locations - Portland or Eugene OR
Compensation: $ + bonus, benefits, perks
Requirements- 5+ years experience in Commercial Door Project Management
- Experience with Comsense, Pro Tech and/or Avaware
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate teams and keep projects on track.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate updates to clients and team members.
- Use tools like Comsense and Pro Tech to manage projects.
- Identify and manage risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, especially Division 8.
- Experience managing commercial projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Avaware, Comsense, Pro Tech).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Division 8 in construction.
- Excellent communication skills.
