Overview
TEKsystems is currently hiring a Program Manager with Healthcare/Clinical Experience for an Enterprise client in the Ohio market.
DescriptionProven experience managing projects with MS Project, managing budgets, financial acumen, organizational skills, attention to detail, Project Online/Server experience – PPM tool (general), strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint), experience with vendor relationships, SOWs, proven stakeholder management – who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure, proven risk/issue management experience, proven experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off site resources, experience managing up to three projects simultaneously, previous experience managing / controlling project budgets, proven experience leading large, complex, multi-year initiatives, minimum 10 years experience required.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Project Online/Server PPM tool experience (general)
- Strong MS Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with vendor relationships and SOWs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication plan
- Proven risk/issue management experience
- Proven experience managing project teams offshore/offsite resources
- Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously
- Previous experience managing / controlling project budgets
- Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-year initiatives
- Minimum 10 years experience required
- Communication (All), verbal, non-verbal, polished, listening skills
- Thought methodology – ability to craft story, communicate background, next steps
- Audience engagement model and understanding of communication preferences
- Ability to maintain control under stressful situations
- Transparent ability to adapt and be flexible while maintaining control
- Self-motivated, driven, quick learner
- Business acumen/partnership – experienced partnership vs task master/overseer
- Strong matrix organization experience
- Project confidence tempered with self-awareness
- SBAR – Situation, background, analysis, recommendation
- Managerial courage – ability to deliver difficult messages, influence, persuasive
- Technical aspects understanding at right detail level
- PMI talent triangle – Technical PM, Leadership, Strategic Business Management
- Cross team/project coordination and collaboration
- Coaching/mentoring junior-level PM resources
- PMP certification a plus
- Leadership of multiple PMs/project leads as part of a program
- Program management, financial management, healthcare domain experience, large/complex initiatives
- 100% remote eligibility – may need to visit clinical sites during project execution and go-live (company paid/reimbursed)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 – $85.00/hr.
