Performance Property Management is a fast‑growing, modern property management company based in Toronto and proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. We oversee a diverse portfolio of high‑rise, low‑rise, boutique condominium, townhome, and commercial corporations. At PPM, we believe in enjoying the place where we work. We are currently seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our expanding team for a small downtown portfolio.

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring 2‑3 days on‑site and the remaining days allowing the flexibility to work from home.

• On‑site hours
• Hiring and facilitating vendors
• Working with Board of Directors
• Handling residents’ issues
• Facilitate and enforce internal controls and procedures
• Enforce rules and regulations of the condominium
• Conduct Board Meetings and Chair AGMs

• Minimum 2 years experience as a condominium manager
• CMRAO General Licence
• Self‑motivated and can work with little supervision
• Strong organization & prioritization skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships
• Experience in supervising employees
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Very good written and verbal English language skills

Job Type: Full‑time | Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year |
