Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them in coordination with senior management.
- Train and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and workshops.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and support.
- Assist in handling key clients and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities and propose development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Open to receiving feedback for self‑improvement and delivers feedback to others in a respectful and encouraging manner.
- Have a strong desire for personal and professional development through ongoing learning and participation in training initiatives.
- Embraces change and is willing to explore new methods, ideas, and experiences with a growth mindset.
- Sales Professional Certifications are a plus.
- PMP certificate is an advantage.
