Housing Manager - Resident Services and Partnerships Team
Permanent | Grade D - £45,091 – £53,460 | Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review | Working 36.5 hours per week

We are seeking three experienced and dynamic Housing Managers in the Resident Services and Partnerships team focusing on Transparency, Influence, and Accountability as set by the Social Housing Regulator. The role will lead a team of Tenant Participation Officers, develop data‑driven insights for accountability, and manage communications and governance with tenants, leaseholders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Tenant Engagement:
Drive meaningful engagement strategies to involve tenants in decision‑making and service improvement. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with the Social Housing Regulatory Framework and Tenant Satisfaction Measures. - Transparency & Accountability:
Promote transparency and accountability through clear communication and feedback loops. - Data, Insight & Accountability:
Lead on data collection, analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and regulatory submissions; monitor performance against KPIs. - Communications & Governance:
Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements; provide governance and risk management support; review procedures and recommend improvements. - Internal & External Communications:
Manage communications related to compliance and tenant engagement; collaborate with the Communications Team to deliver clear messages across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven experience in tenant engagement, governance and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Skilled communicator with experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire teams and manage change effectively.
