Client Relationship Manager, Operations Manager

As a Branch Manager, you will manage the branch, lead all facets of sales, service, and operations, coach the team to meet budgeted production goals, acquire new consumer and business customers, initiate referrals to partners, deepen customer relationships, drive business inside and outside the branch, and oversee consistent business development and calling programs.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high‑value consumer and business customers.
- Refer customers to other areas of the bank to meet needs, deepen relationships, and build internal partnerships.
- Lead the team in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Leverage available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge and educate the team on all products, services, technology and policies.
- Actively involve in the community and develop key business and community relationships.
- Develop key internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
- Oversee recruitment/hiring to ensure a team that fits Huntington’s culture.
- Secure resources needed to support the team.
- Manage overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
- Understand branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
- Demonstrate acumen in banking, investments, lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a goal‑driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree and prior management experience.
- Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
- Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, lending, leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
- Ability to motivate colleagues to increase retention.
- Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual).
Exempt Status:
Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
Workplace Type:
Office. Certain positions may offer a flexible work arrangement combining in‑office and remote work.
Compensation Range: $75,000 – $100,000 Annual Salary. Eligible for incentive compensation plan and additional benefits including health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave, holidays, and paid time off.
