The Senior Director of Convention Sales serves as the senior leader of the convention sales team as it relates to overseeing citywide strategic initiatives, team management operations, and business development logistics to attract and secure both national and international conventions, trade shows, and other events to Orlando. Partners with key stakeholders across hospitality and citywide sectors to drive economic growth and community benefit, enhancing Orlando’s reputation as the premier meeting and convention destination.

The Visit Orlando team works in a hybrid work environment, with work performed from home offices, the corporate headquarters in the Westwood Corporate Center, and the Orange County Convention Center sales office.
