Location: This position is Oregon or Washington State based. For Oregon based candidates there is the option to work out of our Portland office or be full-time work from home. For Washington based candidates, this position would be a full-time work from home role. This position is not open to candidates based in other states.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $95,000

This job operates in a professional office environment. The work environment may include an open layout office and requires employees to conduct computer and phone based work for extended periods of time.

Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process is typically as follows:
- Phone Interview: 30 minute phone call with hiring manager
- 2nd Interview: 1 hour interview with a small panel (by video or in person in downtown Portland)
- Final Interview: 75 minute interview (in person in downtown Portland). Time is divided between an interview panel (45 minutes) and a chance to meet other members of the foundation team from other departments during a skill assessment exercise that you will prep for in advance (30 min) and present during the interview
