What you'll be doing- Plan and deliver site mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure projects start and finish smoothly.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers and suppliers, conducting professional onsite meetings.
- Supervise mobilisation activities on site, ensuring quality checks and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
- Produce accurate cost data, handovers, and lessons learned reports for stakeholders.
- Manage programmes for modular/cabin setups and ensure all orders meet SLA and KPI requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external supply chain partners.
- CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS Card (Labourer or above).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- NVQ in Construction Supervision/Management.
- CPCS Appointed Person in Lifting.
- First Aid at Work, Fire Awareness Training.
- Previous experience in construction and site mobilisation.
You’re proactive, organised, and thrive under pressure. You can lead complex site setups, maintain high safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’re comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and willing to travel and stay away when required.
