Responsibility for supervising the scheduling team. To lead and create a culture of quality and accurate information while managing and leading the daily operations of a team that is both local and remote.
Schedule: 2-11pm Central Time on Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday. Off Tuesday and Wednesday.
Supervisory experience, and Call Center Management Skills are required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION- Supervise the day to day functions of the Scheduling Department and is the key contact for internal management as well as hospital administration.
- Coordinate all schedules as needed in an assigned market.
- Schedule relief cases as needed.
- Confirm and send schedules to teams in an assigned market.
- Monitor the quality performance of the department.
- Determine and implement solutions for any deficiencies in service levels.
- Confirm/Coordinate call schedules, vacation schedules, PTO or other as needed.
- Lives the Specialty Care Values – Integrity, Care, Urgency, and Improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
· Associate’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
- Three (3) - (5) years of experience in a business office function.
- Equivalent education and experience.

Disclosures:
Pay Estimate: $54,000-$86,400 (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
