Through this fantastic period of growth, with more and more Mamas & Papas products being bought, we are therefore looking to recruit a proactive, solutions‑focused Warehouse Manager to lead and support our busy warehouse operation.

You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring stock flows accurately through the business—from goods‑in to goods‑out. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and creating a positive working environment.

• Develop, monitor, & achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Provide strong, hands‑on leadership to warehouse teams, ensuring the team of supervisors and operatives c120, are motivated, supported, & performing at their best.
• Identify opportunities and take the lead of process improvement & implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Plan and manage rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels across all shifts.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to Warehouse Supervisors and Operatives.
