Base pay range
£43,857 per annum as a Level 2 Operations Manager.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a new Operations Manager for Wales, covering services in Denbigh, Powys and community services in North and South Wales. This role involves regular travel with occasional remote working. The work base is mainly in North Wales with frequent travel to Powys and South Wales.
You will oversee diverse services across the region, receiving ongoing support from our Operations team. Flexibility, strong leadership and a focus on listening to those we support are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of care services across the region.
- Manage and develop care service teams.
- Collaborate with local authority teams and other stakeholders.
- Ensure services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Support co‑production with families and other service users.
- Travel regularly to service sites in North Wales, Powys and South Wales.
- UK driving licence and vehicle or company car provision; mileage reimbursed.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care Diploma or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards one.
- Desirable: experience using British Sign Language.
- Commitment to listening to and valuing diverse views.
- Experience leading and managing within the care sector.
- Desirable: experience developing and growing care services.
- Experience working with and liaising with local authority teams.
- Solution‑focused with a creative, can‑do attitude.
