Advisor – Project Manager – Far Well
Location: Milwaukee, WI – Hybrid
About the RoleFar Well Project Advisors, LLC is looking for Project Managers to join our team.
We are ideally looking for "M-Shaped” Advisors. At Far Well, we seek M-shaped Advisors—professionals who bring deep expertise in multiple areas along with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.
The M-shaped model represents key technical competencies (e.g., Change Management, Project Management, Process Optimization, Agile) and the ability to leverage expertise holistically across disciplines.
Responsibilities and QualificationsProject Management
- Experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget, and schedule of Infrastructure or Application Development projects.
- Experience with software/applications implementations or transformations.
- Knowledge of stakeholder, communication, and risk management plans.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects of significant scope across multiple business areas.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Organizational Change Management
- Deep understanding of the processes, tools, and techniques to manage the people side of change.
- Experience managing an organizational change initiative or playing a key role on a team managing such an initiative.
Continuous Improvement
- Awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA.
- Experience or certifications preferred.

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in any field or 5+ years of applicable experience.
Travel Expectations
- Clients may support remote work, but hybrid schedules are common; occasional on‑site collaboration is expected depending on engagement.
