• Manage day‑to‑day operations and priorities of a group of professionals to ensure project outcomes are met
• Create project plans and identify resources to leverage for operational success
• Participate in decision‑making regarding capital expenditures and asset management
• Conduct employee performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and make hiring recommendations
• Drive project reviews and approve detailed designs and cost estimates for various projects

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in operational management
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
• Requires Texas Escrow Officer License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record in managing relationships at the middle management level

• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing complex projects
• Ability to influence change and drive customer loyalty
• Skills in analysis and negotiation
• Familiarity with financial and industry dynamics relevant to the role
