Remote Deputy Program Manager; Behavioral Healthcare Operations

• Support the Program Manager in overseeing multiple work groups, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost expectations are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of the Program Manager, providing updates on program performance
• Monitor and manage financial compliance with contracts and task orders
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain document control processes
• Promote team development through mentorship, performance evaluations, and strategic staffing

• Master’s degree in a related field with an active clinical license in counseling, social work, or psychology
• Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in behavioral health care operations
• Extensive experience in clinical supervision and negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Strong knowledge of military mission activities and civilian behavioral health services
• A Secret level clearance, at a minimum

• PMP certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
• Lean Six Sigma or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred (or ability to obtain within six months)
• Clinical supervisory credential preferred (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Experience in a Program Management Office (PMO)
• Experience managing subcontractors
