Quantum Leap Mindset is a transformational education company devoted to personal development, mindset mastery, and service-based leadership. Through our programs, courses, and live experiences, we support individuals in cultivating aligned action, professional growth, and embodied leadership.

We are expanding our team and seeking a Mindset Coach who is committed to personal evolution and feels called to guide others through meaningful transformation.

This role blends coaching, mentorship, attraction-based marketing, and relationship-centered enrollment. The ideal candidate is already familiar with mindset work, embodiment practices, or personal development frameworks, and is ready to grow into increased leadership, responsibility, and impact.

• Has 5+ years of experience in coaching, personal development, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Is a motivated self-starter who works well independently
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to ongoing development
• Is coachable and able to apply structured frameworks
• Communicates with warmth, clarity, professionalism, and presence
• Desires a performance-based compensation structure
• Values service, leadership, and aligned contribution

• Phone or Zoom conversations with prospective clients
• Coaching and mentoring clients within our programs
• Implementing ethical, attraction-based marketing practices
• Participating in regular training, leadership development, and team calls
• Collaborating with a remote team to support program growth and delivery
• Sharing our mission, values, and offerings in a clear and empowering way
