We’re looking for a high-performing Energy Consultant with a strong background in commercial real estate and consultative sales to help property owners unlock incentives, meet carbon compliance, and increase asset value through energy upgrades.
This role is ideal for real estate professionals who understand the language of landlords, asset managers, and property operators—and are ready to step into the fast-growing clean energy market with full training, proprietary CRM tools, and lead generation support.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with NYC commercial property stakeholders to identify energy upgrade opportunities.
- Present tailored solutions that maximize ROI, capture incentives, and ensure compliance with Local Laws 55, 84, 87 & 97.
- Leverage our proprietary CRM for full lead generation and pipeline tracking—so you can focus on closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and guide projects from strategy to signed agreement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or consulting.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Familiarity with NYC building operations or capital improvement projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—motivated, consultative, and client-focused.
