We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to drive growth and skill enhancement within our organisation. This role is your platform to:
- Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategy & Design: Develop and innovate cutting‑edge learning strategies and materials.
- Implementation & Oversight: Manage logistics, budgets, and delivery of training programmes.
- Effectiveness Tracking: Measure outcomes and foster continuous improvement.
You bring to the table:
- A solid background in Social Care or Health with a qualifying degree.
- Deep expertise in current legislation, especially the Care Act.
- Strong understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, its regulations, best practices, and legislative frameworks including ASYE and Apprenticeships.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, building powerful partnerships with external agencies.
- Proven experience in budget management, ensuring cost‑effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
- Adaptability and a spirit of adventure, ready for hybrid working.
- Experience in leading and managing staff.
- Competitive salary: £46,142 – £50,269.
- Relocation payment up to £5,000.
