A Catalyst for Change
You're a passionate professional ready to make a significant impact. You bring to the table:
- A solid background in Social Care or Health
, backed by a qualifying degree. - Deep expertise in current legislation, particularly the Care Act
. - A profound understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, its regulations, best practices, and legislative frameworks, including the ASYE programme and Apprenticeships.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at building powerful partnerships with external agencies.
- Proven experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
- A spirit of adventure and adaptability, ready for hybrid working and eager to explore our breathtakingly vibrant county.
- Experience in confidently leading and managing staff.
