Metzger Search & Selection are a successful and growing boutique recruitment and search business who are looking for an experienced, professional Executive Headhunter to join our team on a freelance basis. We operate across all functions and most sectors nationally and internationally and due to the strength of our client relationships, have prospered through recent years.

In light of this, we are expanding our team and are looking for an individual who understands the recruitment process and has worked either in a recruitment business or client-side. The role is candidate facing, identifying the best individuals in the market.

• Working with Consultants to understand each client brief, discussing approaches and solutions to their requirements
• Composing adverts to promote clients’ roles and appeal to the right audience
• Utilising tools including research, headhunting, networking, social media, job boards, industry reports and referrals, to identify key talent
• Identifying and interviewing credible candidates, providing detailed notes for review
• Production of reports and analytics for clients

• Experience in an Executive Search, Headhunting or Resourcing environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering to timescales
• Strong understanding of Job Boards, Linked In Recruiter, Industry press and a working knowledge of Boolean searching
