The Section Manager 3
- Credit is responsible for the management of all activities for a significant function or area related to credit functions. They manage through section supervisors and/or subordinate managers.

- Credit is responsible for the management of all activities for a significant function or area related to credit functions. They manage through section supervisors and/or subordinate managers.
- Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.
- Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.
- Resolves issues that are strategic or compliance related.
- Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.
- Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.
- Establishes quality of service level for the area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Formal credit training and commercial banking underwriting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skill set
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and ability and willingness to become proficient with critical proprietary systems
