The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will provide strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports within the region, design, develop and implement plans, processes, systems and methodologies to sales capabilities and performance across customer service, growth, quality, and project management. This position leads the progress on transformational go-to-market projects and works closely with branch operations, service sales, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and customer service departments.
The RSM oversees hiring and maintaining multiple local sales teams, including but not limited to training, mentoring, supporting, managing, and driving teams to meet and exceed monthly sales.
Position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, with occasional on‑site visits as. The company reserves the right to adjust the remote schedule its discretion.
Qualified must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H‑1B TN, etc.).
What You Will Do- Develop, define,, and execute regional sales in with operations, manufacturing, and finance.
- Manage‑to‑day activities of sales representatives, including pipeline local sales strategy development.
- Coordinate with national account sales, and operations to bestin‑class customer satisfaction.
Create an environment that achieves customer service/satisfaction while meeting or exceeding regional targets comprehensive follow‑up calls. - Build high‑performing teams and lead regional efforts to source, hire, train, and develop talent through monthly and formal performance meetings.
- Provide acquisition integration on a regional basis.
- Focus on transformational go‑to‑market strategy to improve growth opportunities at the local level.
- Train sales representatives on new products and company wide initiatives to develop and drive growth plans and competitive action plans.
- Ensure the success of the marketing plan through sales efforts directed toward dealers, organizations, professional clients, and end users.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales and/or leadership experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint), Sales Force (SFDC), Smart Sheet, plus D365 experience is a plus.
- Must live in the South Central Region (Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma).
