As a Project Manager
, you will oversee end-to-end Net Suite implementation projects, leading teams through every phase of the project lifecycle. With your expertise in Suite Success methodology and agile execution, you'll ensure seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes that elevate client success.

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Colombian Time)

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects
• Experience in Net Suite ERP implementations
• Full professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Suite Success methodology experience
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy company
• Initiative-driven, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines

• Lead project management activities including planning, work breakdown creation, and change management control
• Manage scope throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Oversee multiple projects or manage entire programs to ensure timely, quality results
• Act as the primary communicator for internal and external stakeholders on expectations, resolutions, and priorities
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts across diverse teams
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights and apply learnings to future initiatives
