A large facilities management company in Crawley is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Hub and manage two satellite sites. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in an installations background, P&L responsibility, and be adept at managing teams remotely. Competitive salary of up to £55k, with OTE of £70-£75k, plus benefits including a car with fuel card and private medical insurance.
