Are you ready to lead one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK? We’re looking for a visionary Head of Procurement & Supply Chain to shape and deliver a world‑class strategy for the Lower Thames Crossing – the greenest road ever built.

. You’ll champion partnership principles, embed cutting‑edge practices, and ensure our enterprise model sets the benchmark for excellence.

• Lead the strategy for procurement and supply chain on a nationally significant project.
• Drive transformation through innovation, digital enablement, and enterprise working.
• Champion sustainability, enabling the journey to net zero and maximising SME and local supplier participation.
• Collaborate at the highest level, acting as a strategic partner to National Highways and influencing industry‑wide best practice.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing team that thrives on progress and inclusion.

• Senior‑level experience in procurement and supply chain within complex, large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Professional qualifications (CIPS or similar) desirable.

• Smart working, with staggered start and finish times and up to 40% remote working where roles allow.
• 25 days paid annual leave (pro‑rata).
