Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive fundraising efforts.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and execute branding initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, ensuring they meet financial targets and deadlines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and media outlets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on fundraising and brand management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and fundraising success.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
