Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement leadership development and people growth strategies that drive measurable transformation.
  • Apply expertise in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and business strategy to expand global impact.
  • Provide strategic consultation to leaders and organizations adopting success education frameworks.
  • Become a product of the product — consuming and applying success education to model authentic leadership.
  • Leverage employee engagement, change management, and culture-building practices to support lasting growth.
  • Implement proven marketing strategies and AI-powered tools to scale leadership programs across 100+ countries.
  • Balance commercial outcomes with heart-centered leadership — creating transformation that endures.
  • Collaborate with an international network of senior professionals while working remotely and independently.
Ideal Candidate
  • Senior professional with 10+ years in HR, learning & development, talent management, organizational leadership, or people strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading leadership programs, talent initiatives, employee engagement, cultural transformation, or organizational effectiveness projects.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and organizational growth, paired with a passion for developing leaders and empowering people.
  • Ready to pivot beyond traditional HR or corporate roles into a career chapter where leadership development and success education are the main focus.
  • A visionary thinker who blends commercial acumen, cultural leadership, and a heart-centered approach to growth.
  • Income goal of $100K+ and open to working as an independent contractor within a performance-based model.
