General Purpose

Effectively manage Store Facilities Coordinators and store facilities functions, including repairs, contract enforcement, and vendor budgets. Coordinate on repair, replacement, disaster recovery, emergency response, and business continuity, and assist senior managers as assigned.

Base salary range: $93,000 – $140,400. Total compensation may include additional rewards and benefits.

Essential Functions
  • Supervise Facilities Coordinators, ensuring timely and cost‑effective repairs, replacements, and emergency response.
  • Be available for after‑hour emergency management.
  • Maintain detailed records of work orders, contracts, warranties, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate and Property Management for landlord‑responsible maintenance.
  • Coach, train, and evaluate assigned Facilities Coordinators.

Qualifications and Special Skills
  • B.S. degree in business, engineering or related field (desired).
  • Minimum 7 years of facilities maintenance management experience, preferably in retail.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and NOVAR energy management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and interface with store personnel, internal management, and outside vendors.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining accurate records and reporting formats using database management.
Physical Requirements / ADA

Job requires working in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending meetings, typing, and working with paper/files. Requires consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision: ability to see information in print or electronically.

This role requires regular in‑office presence for team interaction, meetings, client support, mentoring, coaching, and feedback; however, duties can be performed with a combination of in‑office and remote work.
