Oversee all operational aspects from manufacturing until the end of live of the product in accordance with the company’s objectives.

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies and tools that support the company's growth objectives.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure the highest quality standards for our products.
• Deploy and master all tools and SW required to manage operations.
• Define, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Manage the budget for the operations department and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the medical device industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
