Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale MEP projects ($20M-$30M) from start to finish
• Work with a team to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to drive project success
