Scope
We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Research & Development Project Manager to help drive the planning, design, and implementation of advancement and expansion initiatives. You will provide direct support to the Senior Director of Ministry Development in analyzing the changing pro-life landscape, project design and implementation, and securing resources to ensure long-term success and sustainability.

A Little About UsPre Born! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or other related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development projects and project management preferably.
- Team player who can work efficiently on a collaborative team.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in successfully coordinating research project and measuring outcomes and impact.
- Solid organizational abilities, including planning, scheduling, delegating, reporting, etc.
- Adaptability and flexibility to pivot with changing organizational priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM, database, or healthcare technology a plus.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Senior Director of Ministry Development to execute Preborn!’s growth objectives, mission and long-term goals.
- Work cross-functionally with different departments, ensuring smooth integration and implementation of projects.
- Provide support to the Advancement, Donor Relations, and Events teams for fundraising initiatives, campaigns, events and projects.
- Support in the research, vetting, and acquisition efforts for new strategic partnerships, corporate sponsor ships, and diversified revenue streams.
- Managing the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of data-driven projects, chiefly the scaling of Pre Born!’s Virtual Care System (Telehealth Services).
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of advancement and R&D efforts and impact goals.
- Ensure communication and compliance with project deadlines and budgets.
- Participate in meetings and lead discussions with key stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, trends, and accurate feedback/data.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training for Advancement and R&D teams.
