Position Overview

The Centralized Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for the administrative processes for their assigned portfolio and executing daily activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, delinquency processing, and supporting the monthly financial process. The CAM will leverage available tools and systems to maximize efficiency and automation, partnering with accounting, Elise

AI, Resio, Entrata, Yardi and other stakeholders to optimize results and meet performance expectations.

What You Will Do
  • Execute the strategy and goals related to centralized AP & AR and provide real‑time feedback on best practices and processes
  • Design and implement new workflows and automation as needed for AP & AR efficiency of the assigned portfolio to align with company financial goals
  • Effectively manage rent collection for the assigned portfolio and achieve property delinquency goals under 1%
  • Ensure updated and accurate tenant ledger records in Entrata
  • Work closely with the Community Manager on the eviction process to post notices in accordance with state and local law
  • Maintain a keen understanding of company policies, lease contracts, and local laws regarding delinquency and eviction for the portfolio
  • Foster positive resident relationships
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financials, tracking trends and making recommendations to optimize portfolio performance
  • Oversee the FMO process, including dispute resolution, to ensure security deposits are assessed and applied to the resident’s final ledger in Entrata
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve vendor management systems and establish company‑wide best practices for financial reporting
  • Pilot new tools and technology and provide feedback as requested
Ideally, You'll Have
  • 5+ years in property management, finance, or business operations, with direct oversight of AP, AR, delinquency, and reporting
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior financial role, such as Associate or Assistant Community, overseeing financial workflows and automation
