- Review corporate, individual, partnership, and other tax returns prepared by associates providing both technical accuracy and coaching feedback.
- Lead and mentor staff on multiple projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Work directly with clients managing engagements from start to finish and building strong relationships.
- Research and resolve complex tax matters; provide planning and consulting support.
- Develop staff through training, feedback, and structured delegation.
- Contribute to firm growth through client development, networking, and community involvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
- Active CPA license.
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring staff.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- A commitment to high standards, integrity, and teamwork.
