Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary /

Role Overview We are seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support the day-to-day execution of supply chain operations for one of our core brands, Bloomin, which develops and manufactures syrup products for both its own portfolio and for external business clients.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations who enjoys structured operational work while also being proactive in identifying improvements. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, external manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing, accurate stock management, and timely deliveries.

As the business continues to scale, this role offers strong learning opportunities and exposure to a growing, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage and process daily sales orders, responding to order-related queries as required

Place replenishment orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels

Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag shortages or supply risks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the MRP / stock management system

Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners on inbound and outbound stock

Liaise with external manufacturers and suppliers to manage production and deliveries

Track orders through to delivery and help resolve discrepancies or issues

Provide regular updates to the Supply Chain Manager on order status, stock levels, and priorities

Support the wider supply chain and operations team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations

Hands-on experience managing orders, inventory, or supplier coordination

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Clear written communication and confidence working with multiple stakeholders

Comfortable handling routine, day-to-day operational tasks

Good written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Skills Experience using MRPeasy or any other MRP / inventory management system

Background in the Food & Beverage industry (preferred but not required)
Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers, or warehouses

Exposure to a startup or fast-growing business environment

A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest process improvements
