Vice President of Supply Chain Management

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Supply Chain Management, based in Allen Park, MI, with flexibility for some work from home. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply chain operations, logistics, and materials management. Regular responsibilities include strategizing and managing supply chain activities, ensuring cost-efficiency, enhancing operational processes, and cultivating relationships with vendors and key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives and customer needs.

• Strong expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management, with proven ability to forecast demand and balance supply with demand effectively
• Experience in Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Management, including managing distribution and transportation
• Proficiency in Materials Management and inventory control to optimize resources and reduce inefficiencies
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
