• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Identify and address potential delivery risks by coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding production schedules and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, and program management teams to resolve delivery issues
• Conduct root cause analysis of delivery delays and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, delivery assurance, procurement, or a related discipline
  
  Strong understanding of supply chain principles and supplier performance management
• 2+ years of experience with supply chain management systems and ERP tools
• U.S. citizenship required for access to sensitive information

• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or equivalent
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations
