OverviewT12 Technologies seeks a Supply Specialist (Independent Contractor) to support logistics and supply chain operations across CONUS and OCONUS project sites. This position requires a professional capability of managing the entire logistics spectrum, including supply chain management, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and air transportation. The Supply Specialist will ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders and play a critical role in optimizing logistics operations.
The contractor delivers results independently and professionally, ensuring seamless operations without daily supervision.
This opportunity is contingent upon successful background screening, accreditation, and international work visa approval.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Develop and implement efficient inventory management processes. Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely inventory replenishment. Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and generate stock levels and usage reports. Maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the company and vendors, suppliers, customers, and transportation providers. Negotiate contracts, resolve supply chain issues, and ensure excellent service levels. Coordinate with suppliers to order and restock inventory as needed.
- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee and ensure timely, accurate shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and handling of goods. Manage inbound and outbound shipments to comply with industry regulations and customer requirements. Receive, inspect, and store supplies and equipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain records of distributed supplies and ensure proper documentation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, federal, and international laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation. Follow and enforce safety protocols and handling rules for storage and supply management.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with departments such as procurement, sales, production, and customer service to align logistics strategies with organizational goals—support team adaptability through changes and challenges in the supply environment.
- U.S. Citizen (CAC eligibility)
- Valid U.S. passport and ability to pass background screening
- Able to travel overseas and adapt to different environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Proven experience managing both CONUS and OCONUS supply operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills to address logistical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with executive‑level management.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining inventory accuracy, shipping details, and regulatory compliance.

- Military expertise in supply and air transportation services (preferred).
