**** Role Summary
** Responsible for owning day-to-day operational relationships with Owens & Minor’s Top Supplier Partners and key supply chain partners. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, supplier compliance, and network optimization through freight, delivery, documentation, and performance management programs. Partners proactively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities that improve cost, service, and overall supply chain performance while ensuring supplier standards exceed Owens & Minor expectations.

Serves as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers with greater than $1M in annual sales and plays a critical role in strengthening supplier relationships while continuously improving the efficiency and resilience of the supply chain network.## Core Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for Top Suppliers, managing all operational interactions and issue resolution across field and home office teams.
* Develop, manage, and enforce supplier compliance programs focused on parcel performance, delivery execution, documentation accuracy, and operational standards to improve network efficiency.
* Identify, evaluate, and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the supply chain network, including freight optimization, backhaul opportunities, factory-direct programs, truckload utilization, and other cost-to-serve initiatives.
