We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our team on a permanent basis
. This hybrid role is based at Trident Place, Hatfield
, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. You’ll play a key role in managing forecasts, supplier performance, and key KPIs to ensure our product range runs smoothly across both Ocado and Morrisons channels.

• Own demand and forecast planning for ~2,500 products, achieving KPIs for availability, waste, and fulfilment
  .
• Build strong supplier relationships
  , conducting performance reviews and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Optimise delivery schedules, buying processes, and inbound efficiency.
• Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning
  , providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, trading, operations, and project teams to improve processes and systems.

• Skilled in demand forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain planning
  .
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  , able to work independently and proactively.
• Strong Excel and IT skills
  , with ability to interpret numerical data and inform decisions.
• Comfortable working occasional weekends on a rota
  .

Preferred: commercial acumen, supplier management experience, and e-commerce or large-scale retail supply chain exposure.
