Meet The Team

In this role, you will be responsible for Master Data entry, accuracy, and integrity within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Areas of focus include Item Master/Item Branch integrity, Bill of Material structure, and Maintenance. You will ensure planning parameters are set, monitor data integrity, and revise where necessary. You will support processes (SOPs) that maintain Master Data and Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support improvement initiatives of ERP functionality in Master Data, Procurement and Production Planning.

  • You will maintain and support global master data standards.
  • You ensure the control, maintenance, and accuracy of active BOMs and associated items used in manufacturing operations.
  • You define and standardize plant requirements that support MPS and MRP.
  • You maintain the integrity of the MRP system and its associated processes.
  • You support the collection and analysis of key metrics and contribute to initiatives that improve performance.
  • You support Controlling by providing reports and analysis for various aspects of the supply chain.
  • You collaborate with departments across the organization, including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Finance, Production Planners, and Material Planners.
  • You assist in developing analytics, reports, and dashboard visualizations related to master data.
  • You possess a conceptual and practical understanding of supply chain operations with an emphasis on ERP systems, material management, bills of materials, inventory control, and product flow.

  • You are a self‑starter who communicates clearly and confidently leads cross‑functional meetings.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where you balance multiple deadlines.
  • You have intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You are proficient in written and oral English.
  • You have a strong conceptual and practical understanding of supply chain operations, including ERP systems, material management, bills of materials, inventory control, and product flow.

Experience And Education Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2–5 years of related experience.
Exempt Salary Details

The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $. Final compensation will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skill set, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Flex Workplace

Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
