Senior Supply Planning Specialist; Remote

• Create feasible production plans while considering capacity, labor, and materials to meet service levels and optimize delivery costs
• Publish and review weekly production schedules to address customer orders and production changes
• Maintain planning master data to ensure system integrity and compliance with quality standards
• Monitor Factory Attainment and Service Levels, developing action plans as needed
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain roles
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning or MRP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and interpret trends
• Proficiency in supply planning tools and software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems

• Leadership experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Development, or related functions
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modeling
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 10% for on-site visits and training sessions
