We are a team of 10 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! You will work at Leon Breitlingstrasse. It's far more than a Supply Chain & Planning Lead role : it is a role in which you will be able to fully leverage your expertise to actively contribute to the improvement and development of the business by optimizing availability and visibility to support sales, while minimizing and controlling the risks of excess inventory and/or obsolescence.

• You will lead the S&OP process, anticipate gaps, and propose solutions aligned with supply constraints.
• You will be responsible for supply and production planning while optimizing resources and safety stock levels.
• You will optimize production workshop capacity to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and the right production mix.
• You will ensure the reliability and communication of production forecasts across all planning horizons.
• You will monitor and project inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, components) in close coordination with Procurement.
• You will ensure optimal use of S&OP tools and drive their continuous improvement.
• You will coordinate actions to minimize component shortages and communicate short-term gaps.
• You will analyze gaps between demand and production to improve delivery scenarios.
• You will lead inventory reduction initiatives and track related action plans.
• You will oversee SAP Master Data activities related to the supply chain.
• You will lead teams with a leader-coach approach and develop the skills required to meet the company’s future needs.
• You will define and track KPIs to drive departmental performance.
• You will analyze resource needs in line with the strategic plan.
• You will prepare, defend, and monitor the budget and its revisions.
