Job OverviewLegal Shield is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Legal Services Associates. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses gain affordable access to legal and identity protection services. This position is ideal for self-directed individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and working in a flexible, performance-based environment.
This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and remote work options.
Key Responsibilities- Educate individuals and small businesses about Legal Shield legal and identity protection plans
- Assist clients with plan enrollment and basic service orientation
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and ongoing support
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities
- Develop referral networks and collaborate with team members to grow client base
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments
- Represent Legal Shield professionally and ethically at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain services clearly and professionally
- Self-motivated with good time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
- Willingness to learn legal service products and company systems
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet access and phone
- Ability to pass background screening (if required)
- Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
- Experience in customer service, sales, insurance, legal support, or consulting
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience working with families, small businesses, or community organizations
- Performance-based compensation (commissions and bonuses)
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)
