Our Immigration Department continues to grow, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Chinese Immigration Advisor/Paralegal to join our team.

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking immigration paralegal/lawyer to support our growing immigration practice. The ideal candidate will bring/manage a varied caseload, deal with complex immigration matters, and provide bilingual support to clients.

• Prepare and file visa, sponsorship, settlement, and citizenship applications.
• Conduct legal research and interpret UK immigration rules.
• Communicate with clients in Mandarin and English, managing evidence collection and case updates.
• Draft letters, statements, reports, and legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Liaise with the Home Office and other authorities.
• Prepare for hearings, create bundles, and client preparation.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• At least two years of UK immigration law firm experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK immigration rules and processes.
• Excellent organisational and case-management abilities.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Proactive approach to risk management and client service.
